Fran, Alden: I have lived at the same address for almost 10 years and never had a problem with my mail É until the new mail lad

Sue, Tonawanda: Kudos to you Marissa regarding inconsiderate neighbors who park in the street all summer. I could not have said it better myself. I, too, am sick of trucks, vans and other vehicles owned by my inconsiderate neighbors parked in front of my house making it very difficult for my family to pull in and out of our driveway. Thanks again, very well put Marissa.

George, Town of Tonawanda: Recently I was eating at an all night restaurant and a neighbor of mine who is a Town of Tonawanda Police officer came in and ordered a cup of coffee to go. I invited him to sit down and chat for a few minutes and he explained to me that on the overnight shift they were under extreme pressure to write as many snow ban parking tickets as they could. This was the first week of November when the ban first went into effect. He further explained to me that the push was on because on the little police force we have in the Town of Tonawanda there are currently eight captains and that was the reason for the push on the parking tickets. This is a disgusting way to treat the taxpayers.

Denise, Town of Tonawanda: I totally agree with J.D. and Roger that the Lincoln Park area is no place to raise a decent family and that the Town of Tonawanda officials need to do something about the problems in the area, especially the gang activities that are going on. Also, I've noticed there a lot of families who have lived in this area for years who are planning to move out of the town. Just this week one of the new renters on University Avenue stole a bike from a child who lived a street over and there were several kids who were fighting on the corner of Ford and Niagara Falls Boulevard. Hopefully, the town will do something now that there are new elected officials. I really would like my children to grow up in the town if possible.
