It tells me that the 3,768 votes your unknown opponent received were not so much votes for him, but rather votes against you and your administration. In the future, please consider the people's concerns and ideas.

Consider this – let each household send in $1 per family member, (these people are going to enjoy the music) and have businesses donate free or the cost of the material. Then set a few dates when people can come together and help build, similar to the way Habitat for Humanity does.
