Liability:
Advertiser and/ or advertising
agency assume all liability for advertisements published (including
illustrations, text, claims, etc.) and agree to assume any
and all responsibility for claims occurring therefrom against
the Metro Community News. Adjustments due to error must be
requested not more than one week after publication date. Credit
adjustments will be on first insertion only. Publisher's liability
for damages resulting from errors in any advertisement shall
be limited to the amount actually received by the publisher.
